KING Tilapia Prize Draw – Terms & Conditions*
1. Promoter
This Prize Draw is promoted by Regal Springs AG, Bederstrasse 33, CH-8002 Zurich, Switzerland (“the Promoter”).
By entering this Prize Draw, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Eligibility
2.1 The Prize Draw is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over. By entering, entrants confirm that they meet these eligibility requirements. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and may request proof of age and identity before awarding a prize.
2.2 Employees of Regal Springs AG, Smales Fish Distribution Ltd, participating fish & chip shops, their immediate families, and anyone professionally associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter.

3. Promotion Period
3.1 The Prize Draw opens on 20 August 2026 and closes at 11:59pm (GMT) on 10 December 2026.
3.2 Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.
4. How to Enter
4.1 To enter the Prize Draw:
- Visit a participating fish & chip shop displaying the KING Tilapia promotion.
- Scan the promotional QR code.
- Complete the online entry form with your name and email address.
- Submit your entry before the closing date.
4.2 No purchase is necessary to enter.
4.3 A maximum of one (1) entry per person per day is permitted.
4.4 Multiple entries submitted on the same day, incomplete entries, fraudulent entries or entries generated using automated methods may be disqualified.
5. Prizes
There are 211 prizes available:
- 1 x £500 cash prize, paid by bank transfer.
- 10 x £50 Amazon Gift Vouchers.
- 200 x KING Tilapia branded pens.
Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable.
No cash alternative is available for the Amazon Gift Vouchers or branded pens.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or greater value should circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.
6. Winner Selection
6.1 All valid entries received during the Promotion Period will be entered into a random prize draw.
6.2 The draw will take place within 14 days of the closing date.
6.3 Winners will be selected at random.
6.4 The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. Winner Notification
7.1 Winners will be contacted using the email address provided when entering the Prize Draw.
7.2 Winners will normally be contacted within 14 days of the prize draw taking place.
7.3 If a winner does not respond within 14 days of the first notification email, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.
8. Prize Fulfilment
8.1 The £500 cash prize will be paid by bank transfer to a UK bank account nominated by the winner.
8.2 Amazon Gift Vouchers will be delivered electronically to the winner’s email address.
8.3 KING Tilapia branded pens will be posted to the address supplied by the winner following prize confirmation.
8.4 The Promoter will aim to fulfil all prizes within 28 days of the winner confirming the information required for prize delivery.
9. Personal Data
9.1 By entering this Prize Draw, entrants agree that Regal Springs AG will collect and process their name and email address solely for the purpose of administering the Prize Draw, selecting winners, contacting winners and arranging prize fulfilment.
9.2 Personal data will not be used for marketing purposes, added to a marketing database or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
9.3 Personal information will only be shared with trusted third-party service providers where necessary to fulfil prizes (for example, courier services or voucher providers).
9.4 Personal data will be retained only for as long as is reasonably necessary to administer the Prize Draw, award prizes and deal with any queries or disputes.
9.5 All entrant data will be securely deleted or anonymised no later than three (3) months after all prizes have been successfully awarded.
9.6 Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation and the Regal Springs Privacy Policy.
9.7 Entrants have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Details of these rights are available within the Regal Springs Privacy Policy.
10. Liability
10.1 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are incomplete, delayed, corrupted, lost or not successfully received due to technical failures or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
10.2 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
11. Publicity
11.1 The Promoter may ask winners for permission to use their first name, general location (for example, town or county) and/or a photograph for publicity relating to the Prize Draw.
11.2 Participation in publicity is entirely voluntary and will only take place with the winner’s consent.
12. General
12.1 The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the Prize Draw where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
12.2 Any changes to these Terms & Conditions will be published on the Prize Draw webpage.
12.3 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
12.4 Any disputes arising in connection with this Prize Draw shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
12.5 These Terms & Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Your name and email address are collected solely for the administration of this Prize Draw, including contacting winners and arranging prize fulfilment.
Your information will not be used for marketing purposes unless you separately choose to receive marketing communications from Regal Springs AG.
